11⁄2 ounces gin
Juice of 1 lime
Tonic water
1⁄2 ounce crème de cassis
Mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
Fill a tumbler with ice. Pour the gin and lime juice over the ice. Add enough tonic
water almost to fill the glass and stir gently. Add the crème de cassis to the glass
and garnish with a mint sprig.
